Reorganize Note and Memory create/edit modals into Info and Related & Tags tabs. Keep record content and metadata readable in Info, and group manual relationships plus shared-tag connections under Related & Tags without changing data or relationship behavior.

Make Note Preview display the canonical rich-text content shown in Edit. Keep text_content available for concise search results and list excerpts, and preserve Markdown/Obsidian preview behavior.

Add a shared selectable results page for quick and AI search, explicit tag picker and tag: syntax, complete matching counts, and bulk move/tag/trash actions. Fix AI results that ignore requested tags or selected projects. Acceptance workflow: find every Streamient record containing the Typerelay tag, including records with additional tags, and move selected matches to Typerelay. Multiple requested tags require all; other tags remain allowed. Include individual, page, and all-matching selection; preserve UI state with incremental updates.
